Whether you’re dealing with relationship struggles, emotional blocks, anxiety or other challenges, my holistic approach can facilitate powerful shifts, lasting change and deep healing. 


With compassion and acceptance, I help individuals heal, transform and unlock the power within through a unique combination of heart-centred psychotherapy and energy psychology modalities – namely EFT/tapping.

My approach is supportive, engaging, direct (when necessary), compassionate and empowering. I come from a place of understanding, having sought out – and benefitted from – spiritual psychotherapy during a difficult period of my own life.

Therapy sessions, which are 60 minutes in length at a cost of $180 per session, are available online and in person out of Active Care Centre at 1200 Markham Rd. in Scarborough

✿ I am proud to be an approved NIHB (non-insured health benefits) mental health provider. I provide culturally responsibe and trauma informed therapy to first nations, metis and inuit peoples and their families. I hold a San’yas Indigenous cultural safe certificate.

 
 

Techniques

In order to access the heart, connect the body, mind, and soul, and bring about transformation on a deep level, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in addition to traditional ‘talk therapy’. EFT/tapping is a core part of my practice and approach (though it is entirely optional). Other techniques I rely upon include:

  • Mindfulness 

  • Mindful Self-Compassion

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy

  • Focusing and body awareness

  • Creative visualization and imagery

  • Inner child and inner critic work

  • Emotional release
